Hello all, I was playing with the Real Flight 4.5 demo and decided that I should probably get it. My question is, Tower Hobbies still has 3.5 for about $80usd cheaper than 4.5. What are the differences? In your opinions, if I was to decide to save a few bucks here, would I regret it later? My computer fits 4.5's "Optimal System Requirements" but has more RAM than needed so compatibility won't be an issue whichever option I take. Which one had the Bonanza? Thanks!

3.5 and 4.5 have different controllers. The controller that comes with 4.5 has a 7 channel controller with the buttons on the front to change planes and airfields, and reset. With 3.5 you have to use the mouse or keyboard to reset, and I think the controller is 4 channel.

Also with 4.5 you can get the free downloads for add-ons 1 thru 4. I am still waiting for #5. That is worth $120 dollars for 1 thru 4. They have been optomized for verson 4 and 4.5 and might not work with version 3.5.
