Has anyone ever played the game Aces High. It is a WWII simulator. Come on in and lets talk about it.

I've been flying it since open beta in Oct 1999.

In fact, I flew last night and had a great time defending a field from some bad guys. Addiction is harsh!

That game is very addictive..... i fly all the time.....
they need to update it with more options as like maybe some ground troops when you bail out and stuff.....sorta like Day of defeat if anyone has heard of it its a half life Mod.... very fun
or like battlefeild 1942....... well someone let me know when there gonna play so we can dog fight.

I dont fly R/C yet, but I can see myself flying at the field for a couple hours and then coming home and flying Aces High! MY wife will rip my face off! So far she is accepting my intrest in my new and upcoming hobby but something has to give.

Looks like the softball league is out for next year!

Swager even though i an a kid i know what you mean about getting your faces ripped off. My mom made me quit it because I would only do that, i was not working in school to hard.

i signed up for there 2 week trial, but can figure out any keyboard controls. it appears that there planes have no aileron or elevator control functions. any one have any tips for useing a keyboard or do you have to have a joystick?

You can fly from your mouse, but to compete in the game a joystick is necessary. I had a joystick, throttle and rudder pedals. I quit about 3 months ago after flying in the sim for about 5 years. I now play WWIIOL.
