I[font="Arial"] bought PlaneMaster on line on March 10,2009. I bought Mode 2 for use with Microsoft Vista. The Controller and program was received on March 23 via USPS (price - including shipping = $46.73).
There were a few problems:
1. The controller was Mode 1
2. The program label incicates that it is compatible with :Windows 98 / Me2000 and XP - No mention of Microsoft Vista
3. You buy from Realitycraft,com
4. It is shipped by CML Distribution
5. It is billed by Diecastcent.
I e-mailed all three above to ask about getting a Mode 2 transmitter and did NOT receive any replies.
I called PayPal and filed a dispute. They tried to contact the three firms and did not receive any answer. PayPal did not allow the dispute for the reason that their ONLY responsibility is for delivery - NOTHING else.
Finally, I contacted MasterCard (my PayPal payer). MasterCard also had no luck contacting the three.
Eventually, MasterCard credited my account when I supplied copies all futile attempts to contact the merchant(s?), along with a USPS Certificate of Mailing for the return of the simulator package.
As I said, GOOD LUCK dealing with this/these outfit)s).
