Started my journey to the RC world when I received my G2 in the mail.
Loaded it all up, but once I click the G2 icon on the desktop I get an "Illegal Error" and I have to shut down. Damn!
I have a Athlon 1.3GHz machine, 512M PC-2100 RAM, and a GeForce2 PRO 64Mb card. I am in 16 bit color.
I got frustrated and quit for the night. They tell me to select Ctrl-Alt-Del to determine the programs running in the background. Does this mean I have to END TASK on every program running in this window? I have some stuff running in the background, but it just seems crazy I need to shut down everything just so this program will start.
Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks

The only thing you should shut down is any real-time virus scanning software that may be running.
You should make sure your video and audio drivers are up to date.
