problem mapping with laser 6 in FMS
 

Hi everyone,
Not sure if this is the right spot for this but here goes. I just purchased Hitec Laser 6 Tx with cables from Tom's RC World. It came with CD so installed that along with FMS and Pre Flight. Everything looked good until I tried to calibrate the Tx. Nothing happened at all. I have installed and reinstalled software many times along with updating drivers for usb. Tx is fully charged and on.
I have XP Pro on the computer, in device manager it shows it as Human Interface Device.

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated
