Msg for Ms. Cross: Broken wire from G2 tx interface
Dear Ms. Cross,
I broke the wire from the RF TX interface. Probably yanked it too hard by mistake  What should I do? I live in India and sending it back to the US would be difficult. Should I have it opened here and see if I can repair it, or should I send you the Tx registration number so that you can send me a replacement? Or do I HAVE to mail the interface to the US and get a new/repaired one. Pls advice. Thanks and Warm regards, Anurag Saraf |

Send an email directly through great planes website. What makes you think Mrs. Cross if searching the web for problems with a product. Even though she shows up now and then, don't depend on an answer through this site! Dazzler

Msg for Ms. Cross: Broken wire from G2 tx interface
Thanks for this msg. I was not expecting an immediate response any way. Since I know you visit this forum quite regurlary I posted this msg here. I emailed product support at the same time too as even they take some time to respond. I got my reply from them and I have decided to have it fixed locally as sending it to the US from India and back would take a long time.
thanks, Anurag |
