Default 0% Nitro for glow four stroke on cdi

I'd like to give home brew fuel a try, I sourced methanol locally at $3.80 a gallon, but my question is what oil to use? I've read some are using Klotz Super Technaplate, but at $12.00 a quart, it's almost as expensive as buying Wildcat 10%, which I can get for $18.00 a gallon. Any other oil suggestions that are recommended?

Methanol shouldn't cost more than gasoline per gallon. I pay about $2.50/gal. for methanol. 3.80/gal is steep!

Oil - castor is $17-25/gal depending on where you go. Splube.com sells it for $25/gal plus shipping. Klotz Techniplate (synthetic only) is about $40/gal from SIG. The larger volume you buy it in, the cheaper it is. Nitro is around $50/gal from Klotz or Amazon.
