For converting cc's to ounces (volumetric, not weight):
Take the number of cc's and divide by 29.6 and that will give you a very close to accurate figure.
For converting ounces to cc's
Take the number of ounces and multiply by 29.6
You of course can substitute a more accurate conversion number that Downunder has posted.
