No nitro

There are one or two manufacturers who supply a true FAI fuel (no nitro, 20% castor). Powermaster is one and I think there's another (is it Coopers?). Sig makes what they call Champion FAI which is 20% oil but a blend at 50/50, Magnum FAI doesn't even say how much oil let alone what type, Byron Premium FAI is 18% oil but no mention of what type (and I believe they mix by weight anyway).
I mix my own 20% castor fuel and use it in just about everything.

Yes, Cooper Fuels is one company that will make it for you. We can make an 80 methanol / 20 castor blend to order since that is not a stocked item.
S&W is the other company that will make a fuel to order for you.
Where you are at, shipping and minimum quantities may be an issue since both S&W and Cooper Fuels are near the east coast.

It is my understanding that if it is not 20% castor, then it is not FAI fuel and not legal for FAI competition. If it's 18% oil or synthetic, it's not FAI fuel even if it is zero nitro.

Right on B.L.E.
That's always been one of my pet peeves about those companies that list a fuel as FAI when all it means is they haven't got any nitro in it. In the few events that call for FAI fuel (all speed related) then it's illegal to even have a shot of ArmorAll. It has to be pure castor (20%) and pure methanol, no additives at all. With most FAI events (F2B stunt or RC pattern for instance) you can use any kind of fuel you like because the results aren't determined by how much power the engine has.
