i alredy got the kerosene, the ether, tha castor oil but how do i mix them.

Straight from the P.A.W. instructions, 1 part anaesthetic ether, 1 part parrafin oil(kerosene), 1 part medicinal castor oil plus 1 ounce (30cc) amyl nitrate or iso propyl nitrate per 3 pints of fuel.
