Can you run 10% airplane fuel in a small car nitro engine .15. If not, why??

You sure can. Insure the airplane fuel you are running has some casto oil in it since the small high reving car engines need some castor.
If you are currently running a car/buggy fuel and switch to an airplane fuel, more than likely you will need to do some "needle tweeking" to dial in the mixture adjustments for the differences in the fuel.
