Default Fourmost check valve flow direction

I've lost the packaging that my fourmost check valve came in. I can't remember which way the flow should be. I'm thinking the in-line should attatch to the blue end and the exit is the white end. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Default Fourmost check valve flow direction

By blowing into one end of the valve I found out that I was backwards. White is in, blue is out......
