Would there be any problem with mixing say 15/20% methanol with the gasoline two stoke mix to aid coolig and power or am I thinking wrong? All input welcome I like learning

you will find that more than 5% metanol will begin to "delaminate" your fuel-oil mix. The oil will not dissolve any more. Methanol also is much more agressive towards your carb parts, and may cause corrosion in places you never thought of.

There are carbs, and carb parts made for methanol. I think the synthetic oils will mix, or use glow fuel oil. I know they make castor oil that will mix with gas. I know there are two stroke spark ingition bikes and carts that use methanol.

Yes, I know that too.
But only castor and glycol based oils mix with Methanol, so these are the oils that alky engines use.
Normal gasoline two stroke oils will not mix with methanol.
