I recently purchased a Pour n Pump from Dave Brown products http://www.dbproducts.com/store/prnp.htm via LHS.
The pipe was a little leaky, it would spray when filling. I emailed them and a little later I received new tubing in the mail.
Thank you Dave Brown products for excellent customer support. I shall be purchasing your stuff again!
I am going to post in RCG as well, this is the sort of customer service that makes a company.

Nice to read that their customer service is going good still.
I am still using a Dave Brown Six Shooter fuel pump I bought way back in 1989 or thereabouts. A few months ago I bought a rebuild kit for it, but the original is still working just fine. Great pumps. I never had any luck with the electric pumps, the motors are always failing in them.

I'm not sure why I switched. But I'm pleased I did.
The electric was "easier" but it's not really such a difficult task to crank the handle.
The benefits are that you can see how much fuel you put in initially, and then when you refuel, how much you have used. Also, I have noticed that the electric pumps make a horrible noise!
