I think i seized my engine ?
Think i might have seized my motor trying to figure out how this could have happen. I haven't touched the needles since my last 4 runs, used the same fuel mix i used 2 weeks ago 25 to 1. The exhaust port and manifold was really scorched and loose even though i didn't here a different sound and pitch if they came loose when running. The pull start wont pull the flywheel.

It's time to pull the engine and take a look inside. Remove the pull-starter first and see if there is anything lodged between the flywheel and the case (as previously suggested). With any luck, that's all it is. Otherwise, you may just have a nice looking paperweight.

RE: I think i seized my engine ?
Looks like i need a motor the piston was stuck in the the head and scratched along the sides. There was a lot of dirt inside the motor, wich must have caused it to seize, looks like the fillter must have sucked in dirt.

outerwears are great for stopping mud but not fine bull dust...i once ran one in dusty conditions over an oiled kand n... 5mins and brand new top end was destroyed..lesson learned 1. k and n are rubbish offroad and 2. outerwears DO NOT stop fine dust

it would be cool if it filtered fine dust. but they mearly just cuts down the maintance by keeping the larger dust particles away from the oil soaked filter
