Default 30cc stalls after warm up in cold weather

As per the title states, i bought my son the redcat rampage xt for Christmas this year. Last week it ran well during the break-in period (outside temp 40-50 degrees). This weekend it snowed and the outside temp in the 20's. The trucks runs for about 5 minutes under light driving conditions then stalls out and will not restart until it sits for a little while (indoors). I've messed with the mixture screws to richen it up only to no avail...am i missing something? Thanks!

Ive never had that symptom ,unless there was something serious with the carb.
It could be a vapor lock ,try loosening up the fuel cap an see if that cures the problem ,sometimes the pressure builds up
in the tank an causes the engine to die ,so it maybe the ventilation on the tank!
