Default New shell finally done

Well thats it scary part over, the new shell is painted. Its orange fading to red (incase it dosnt show up) with a tribal flame thing going on. Masks leaked a little but overall I'm happy with it.

Good job really as the old shell got a hammering today

Very nice. The orange to red fade is very striking.I think my next paint job will be something along the lines of a banana yellow fade to metallic black. This will only be possible if i stop breaking/wearing out other bits of my marder for at least a month and concentrate my expenditure on a polycarb body.

kiora? has that been photoshopped... everything looks too orange... IE the dirt on the tyres the reflection in the rims.. and the original background which hasnt been cut out well looks like it has an orange overlay on it? heh might just be my eyes going funny lol. looks alright though.

The orange fade into red looks really cool and different. And if i my say so, it look like the Scarlet Red of the F1 Ferraris

Can anyone tell me if the MB body will fit the MT Chassis?
I had talked to a guy about ordering the MB but I ended up getting the MT
Thanks

Yeah but only as far as my really messy dining room being chromed, the picture in context looks ok but yes it does look a little too orange - peach light bulbs dont help either.

thanks for the comments everyone

Looks very cool.

I have just bought a Beetle body on the German E-Bay. I hope that I can get it to fit on my Leopard.

Now I just have to decide, if I want to go for a fancy design, or do I wish to paint it like the '58 VW 1200 Beetle that I used to have(Got it from my grandmom, that had it from new) btw. such an '58 only had around 20HP for a full scale car....

I had the same choice, Paint it like my old 1600s , Reg PUG 81M or something a little better. As "Pug" was tan[:'(] it got something a little better.
