Quick!! How to remove....
how do you remove the flywheel key that sits on/partially in the crankshaft? I can't get it off and I have to use it on another engine tonight! Thanks

try a very sharp chisel... or maybe a real good set of vise grips but I really suggest a chisel and just tap the key and it should work loose. Good luck.

Buy a couple of those keys to keep as spares, they are so damn difficult to get by without, and they are only US$ 0.80 at http://www.davesmotors.com/store/product206.html
