I don't have any videos, but mine is silly fast and handles great. It's stock excpet for brakes and sway bars. All I can say is BUY IT, you'll love it.
When you buy it make sure you get the front brakes and the sway bar kit at least.

Looks awesome. How fast do you think it goes? Where did you buy yours from? I just bought a FG Monster Beetle about 2 months ago. I want a road vehicle to go with the collection. Have you had any problems with it?

It is much faster on top end than my MT5 truck, and the truck was radared at 46mph. So I'd say 50+ easily.
No problems at all. It seems to flood easily, but that's probably my fault. Otherwise it runs real good.
I got mine from FGperformance, when Michael still owned it. He had to special order it from FG since they don't sell a lot of the semis. Any of the dealers on here would be good. Get ahold of the Orient Hobbies guy that posted in this thread. I'm sure he'll hook you up.
You have to drive it like a real race car. It will spin easy under power until the tires warm up (five minutes of good running) then it hooks right up and hauls ass.
If you get the Sportline basic chassis FG will cut a great deal on a pipe, brakes, sway bars, etc. As long as you buy them when you buy the truck. I got the brakes for only 65 bucks and the sway bars for 14 bucks when I ordered the truck. ALL dealers should offer you that with the Sportline basic version.

Sounds good. Yea i will try to talk to him about the truck. How much was the truck when you bought it? What was causing you to flood the truck out? Do you have a upgraded exhaust? When i get one i will send it off to get the body custom painted like i have on my FG Monster Beetle. Yours looks awesome. How many tanks of gas have you ran through it?

RE: Looking for FG Cat Truck Video?
Five or six tanks thru it so far. I can't stress how cool it is to see a huge semi eating up a parking lot. More people comment on the semi than the F1 cars or the Sedans my buddies have. Just that big truck look I guess.
I think I over prime it sometimes and it floods. I know it's my fault as my other FG does the same thing when I flood it. I let it dry and it kicks over. I put in NGK plugs and ran with a better quality oil (Klotz Technoplate w/castor oil) and it made all the difference. They fire up and run much better now. I was using the cheap outboard oil and I think it was fouling plugs on top of me flooding them.
The truck chassis was $765 from FGperformancerc.com then add the body at $172 and the decals at $35 plus brakes $65 and sway bars $14.
I painted the body myself, and I paint all my stuff my self. It was VERY easy to duplicate the race truck scheme. Just use Pactra spray black and yellow. After the decals it matches the race truck perfect.
The exhaust is bone stock. These trucks are more than fast enough for me with the stock exhast. Others want them faster, but not me. Unless I crash them I'll leave them completely stock.
BTW it does awesome burnouts and leaves black rubber on the pavement when I do donuts at full throttle. hehe
