Tire Questions
I have just bought a new Leopard and I have a few questions:
1. Are there any other tires that will fit on the Leopard wheels?
2. Options other than F1 tires for on-road PERFORMANCE
3. How tall and wide are the carson MT wheel/tires (inches please)
4. What are you Leopard/Marder race owners using
5. I am considering 40 series 23mm hub wheels with road rage tires, Better ideas?
6. Availability of mt slicks? (stadium truck type)
Any help or sugestions would be appreciated.

RE: Tire Questions
Several options are available....
1. 1/6 Scale Slick or Treaded tires (these are used on the Hard Baller Turcks) 1/6 scale On-Road Semi trucks. The tires are about .5" larger in DIA vs the stock 1/5 scale on road tires.
2. the 40 series tires.... but they are still too small they don't look proportional
3. Duratrax/XTM pin spike tires are great cheap and they do the job for off road.
I prefer the 1/6 scale slick tires on my MT5 or the monster truck tires. But i have re-geard my truck to a 40/22 using a 50T rear ring gear. I am geard like an onroad car due to the NOS kits hard hitting action and to prevent the motor from over reving every time you hit the NOS.
but off road the duratrax tires are cheap to trash around and the 1/6 scale slicks are good for on road use.
40 series is great but it just does not look right it's still too small... the IMEX jumbo kong tires are decent to use also just get the correct rim for it.
Good Luck!!

RE: Tire Questions
If anyone is interested stock REVO tires will fit the buggy race (wide) wheels with a little effort. The buggy wheels are almost the same diameter as revo rims and 40 series rims; the problem with 40 series tires is they are too wide to seat properly. I worry about the durability; I will report my findings as possible.
