Some pics of my FG MT5
Some pics of my new MT, finally finished the paint.
Still need to add the roll bar, but the chassis/drivetrain parts are in. What do you all think?
Man, I am in love with this scale.

Nice paint. You aren't going to bash your truck with that body are you? My Firehammer body looks like hell because of scrapes and cracks from flipping and crashes.

Nice ride. Looks great. Enjoy, but i would get another body for bashing. I got 2 bodies for my FG Monster Beetle. One to show and one to bash. Problem is they both look great.

RE: Some pics of my FG MT5
Thanks for all the kind words.
This is actually going to be my beater, I ordered another body and wanted to see if I would like the look before going all out on it.
I took the truck out for its first actual hard/beat runs today. The truck handled what I will do with it with no problems. I was actually quite impressed with the MT.
Well, one problem, I lost an E-clip on one of the front axles and the tire and axle came off in mid jump. Kinda scary, thankfully the launch was good and landed nicely on three wheels.

RE: Some pics of my FG MT5
you used the FG decals for that job didnt you??
I plan on painting the other body in a similar fashion and wanted to see how the color combo would look.
I think I am going to go with a red body and similar type graphic, but with some more details and colors.

Cormierone, looks great. It's funny, I wanted a look I had not seen before, and since doing it I have see a couple already. There is one for sale on Ebay, saw another on a different forum and now yours. It is a pretty nice combo though.
How does the roll bar hold up? I have not put mine on yet, I figured I would learn to drive it first so I flip it less, then I would put it on.
I bought a light set as well, but that setup is going on my other lid, more of the show body.
