I got a jet pipe too I had to check it out and my neighbors are now on the war path I have to take my truck out to the woods so I dont have to deal with neighbors complaining .... ......I like the power, sound is cool but not good for my residential area.
I guess it all depends on where you are going to play with your toy... I run 4 different pipes and like all of them

i bash on an old abandoned army test track/ tank track in the middle of nowhere lol, so noise isnt a problem for me

we get motoX bikes going around it anyway so they are louder

I just tried out my Samaba pipe and compared to the FG 3pc I find it a bit quieter. I think it may be becasue it's steel rather that aluminum. I also removed the black from the FG so it may have made it change a little.

As for power and speed, I find the power of the Samba much better. It's almost like having a 2 speed in there. It hits a certain RPM and just rockets.

I'm very happy with the Samba. If you have the cash go for it. You won't be disapointed.

Nice pipe mate looks good...but it ain't for for me, look to ugly and is very likely to get dented, bent when racing and bashing as it is too big. but thats just my opinion, which does not really count as you have already brought it etc...

somehow i dont think it will get dented, its solid, and mounted to the gear carrier too, so very solid design

we shall soon see though lol

Well took out my MT today, and the difference in having a pipe to not having a pipe is without the pipe I didnt have to worry about unexpected wheelies. Causing it to flip over and damage my rear body mounts and leave a nice scuff on the pipe( will post pics later). So advice to the guys thinking about getting a pipe, is to buy a wheelie bar at the same time. I dont even think im gonna run it untill I get one.

Just a little more on the JetPro MT pipe - it seems even with a super worn piston ring (see older thread Dirt + engine), this pipe REALLY hauls and still able to pull wheelies quite a few times although not all the time thank goodness. I can't imagine the power once I replace it with a new piston ring!

One unfortunate side effect of the pipe is as mentioned already here - I really can't stress anymore how LOUD - with a capital L this pipe really is. If you gun the throttle with the MT right in front of you, its so loud, it actually hurts to hear the noise. Playing outside your home - forget it. Even when I tried mine at the park, an old lady said I was being antisocial with the noise (and waist high dust clouds) - funny that considering all the male kids/adults were transfixed at the MT

But yes, even on a BIG park, I mean with 400m running track big, if I were a bystander, the car does put out excessive amount of noise. I just hope its allowable on the coming new track! I can't imagine 10 of these pipes running all at once in one place - it surely exceeds 100db on its own.

Yes I have the Jetpro pipe on my MT. And yes , IMO it out performs the Samba.I havent had a samba on my MT but ive had one on another 5th scale ( on-road). Loudness, is worth it compared to the gains of power(IMO)
