Default Tires and wheels

Where can I get the Smartech tires and wheels?
Any idea of how much?
The reason for the Smartech is that the FG are so pricey!! Unless there is some cheeper ones out there..

Default RE: Tires and wheels

Are you looking for Monster truck or Marder buggy style?

If you are looking for Marder Buggy style wheels and tires, you can check Tower Hobbies or your local Duratrax dealer for Duratrax Firehammer wheels and tires.

If you are looking for monster truck style, XTM Racing has a large scale truck called the Grizzly. You can search for an XTM racing dealer that sells Grizzly wheels and tires.

Smartech is the original manufacturer for the Firehammer and both XTM vehicles. I also heard that Duratrax is supposed to be releasing a truck that will most likely be made by Smartech and a copy of the Grizzly.

In the UK, the Carson Commanche is very simlilar to the FG Monster truck. I saw a site somewhere that was selling Commanche wheels and tires.

Good luck,
Ken

Default RE: Tires and wheels

I just checked rc car online, and found the Carson Comanche tire conversion set for 125 German or 79 US.
Shipping, im guessing weight at 1 pound per tire and the adaptors plus another pound in case im off, for shipping of 50 US.
for a total of $130 or so. Am I wrong ? if not then thats a great price! And it would take about 2 weeks to deliver with insurance on them..
