RE: RACO JACKRABIT OPEN DISCUSION THREAD
I think a fresh new start would be best, no ones really getting anywhere. I should have some new pics up of my new Jacrabbit by the week end that I got from John D. . Still need a few parts, but it already is looking good. Wish I still had my other 2 rabbits. Heres some pics from way back when. Both have been sold, due to needing money. But they were tons of fun.
Here are few great sites for more info on the Raco Jacrabbit:

Great to see a new Raco thread the old was was just way to massive. Wish they would make a comeback they are tons of fun durable fast and not to expensive, unfortunately lack of parts just makes it so hard to keep them in the dirt. I would still love to get my hands on a super mod II my old one was stolen out of my car about 18 months ago, I think it may still be the fastest onroad car of this scale ever...lol...it was defionitely the coolest looking...Anyways enough for now hope all the raco drivers are having a great time with thier cars...I know I did with mine.

I had a chance to get a never ran Rabbit from the LHS for $599.00 w/ radio gear and decided to wait. Gone. Kick myself in the ars. I got to get one of these someday.

I quit. That also means I don't spend near the amount of time I used to in this forum or any other RCU forum. It also allows me more time to work on my own R/Cs as well as either race them or bash them instead of approving posts, cleaning up threads, trying to enforce broken rules, or helping provide others with resources, links, and answers to questions.

I don't blame you on that one. I barly have time to work on the rabbit anymore. Here are a few pics of what I have done so far. Doesn't look like much but it was a bit worse when I got it.
I just painted the body metallic orange. The car looks like it was used as an ovel car.

I've always wanted one of these, back when I was in grade school but never had the[sm=greedy.gif] to buy one, and now I do and the company is no longer around[sm=punching.gif] it kinda looks like the BAJA[:'(] ,I wouldn't mind do a resto job on a Rabbit if I could find one
