try www.mogatech.de

heres the link to the MCD Buggy http://www.mogatech.de/modellbau/pro...oducts_id=1554

Dont forget about the 16% tax the Germans add on you should get that credited to your purchase so the cost of the buggy is 1299 euros minus 16% tax (207,84).....1091,16 Euros

USA prices $1450 without a motor or 1150 euros....... in the Uk 1157 euros, USA buyers should be able to take off 16% from the UK price or 185.12 .......that is their Vat tax we dont pay.... 971.88 euros plus shipping

thanks for all the replys

so hellya do i have this right... the price for the proline rally car is 1349 euro including 16% german tax?
i should get the 16% german tax back because im not from germany but i will then have to pay the 17.5% tax because im in the UK?

all these taxes confuse me!

thanks
andy

The Kamitiro's are quite a bite more expensive then the MCD's.

Anyways, the MCD is a different car, a different design, and has it's own appeal, even if the whole thing isn't shiney (which also isn't neccisarily bad).

My 2 cents.

From troy at www.largescalerc.com. I sent him my engine, he did the work to fit it, and put on a new clutch assembly. Great to deal with.

The blueline hummer is tough enough [sm=thumbup.gif][8D] when a fg monster comes up against that beast, the fg will run home to mommy crying but hey, that is only my experience

In order to fit a Zenoah or CY enging. You have to cut away the metal fins that are on the outside of the engine casing (outside the flywheel). YOu also have to cut off the mount on the bottom of the casing. The mount is used for onroads, when the engine is placed on its side. You have to do this, otherwise the engine will not sit on the chassis flat and ti will hit the rear drive shaft. With MCD ,there are no engine mounts, the engine bolts directly to the chassis. If you have a dremel it is fairly simple if you do not mide metal dust on your engine, if you do, you have to take the engine apart.

I talked to Troy at LargeScaleRC.com and he just got a big shipment of MCD stuff in. I was going to buy one, but opted to get the FG monster truck instead. I'm having some regrets...I should have bought the MCD because of the 4 wheel drive. The MCD looks to be very well constructed and parts are now available. Go for the MCD and tell me how you like it.
