IMO 
Nomadio React or Sensor is THE best radio for Large Scale.
It is way better than most any FM radio you can choose, and mixing functions on the React is optimised for large Scale.
I am running my FG Leopard Race with a Nomadio Sensor, and I am VERY Pleased.
Nomadio_Sales(Karlton Spindle) is racing an RS5 1/5 gasser carbon onroad racecar with a React.
2.4ghz systems are far less sensible to ignition generated noise than any FM based system, this is one of the things that makes them perfect for Large Scale.
