Default Baja 5b shocks

My stock shocks are leaking a little, is this normal at first or are they just crap? What are good upgrades?

Are they the SS shock (6mm shafts) or the RTR with 4mm shafts? I have an SS and the only issue I ever had was that the cap loosened on a few hard runs. Simply refill and tighten the cap. I love the shocks that came on my SS, never had any issues with bent/broken shafts or leaks with the exception of the cap loosening. Check and make sure your o-rings are good. Is it leaking from the top or bottom of the shock? It just sounds like the end needs tightened.

I have the SS shocks with this seal kit which works much better then the dinky o-rings. You keep the o-rings but as well as installing these seals. These only work with the SS shocks.
