5Bss alloy diff
I am putting together a ss alloy diff that I bought complete. Bag E, still sealed. The 4 plastic shims or whatever they are called that hold the spider gear plates against the outside of the housing are missing. They are listed in the instructions and shown in the exploded view but I cant seem to find them on the parts trees at the end of the manual. Are they not supposed to exist and the manual never got updated or am I just not seeing them and they were in another part of the kit that I didnt get?
Edit: I found it on one of the parts trees, not in bag E though. Just a warning to anyone buying a complete ss alloy diff, those 4 parts are not included.

Yes ebay, i contacted the seller and he is sending the missing parts. Kind of dumb for every single diff part to be in one bag with the exception of those 4 spacers (I know, its because they are plastic.)

RE: 5Bss alloy diff
I figured it but that is how the SS kit is. All the plastic parts are on trees and all the others are in bags. If you buy a complete alloy diff from somewhere like a hobby shop it comes assembled.
