FINALLY something came in the mail today....a t-shirt. and some decals, and a xxxmain nitro dvd(not the how too paint dvd) but oh well, but no 1yr subscription coupon??......I was going too give the 1 yr subscript too my buddy since I canceled mine.

it happens...I dont want to slur anyone, but I sent pics of my 1/10 Mad Max Interceptor to RC Car, and radio control Car Action mags, it featured in each, and both promised subscription deals.

RC Car was the only gang to live up to the deal, Matt Higgins, if you read this, I'm not after a 1 year deal. I will be sending the rest of my work to other publishers.

for you guys in the states , the movie in America was titled Road Warrior, down under it was Mad Max

just for the few that might not know that:D
man I love that interceptor..actually wrote a letter asking if I could buy it off them..they wrote back saying it was actually destroyed in the movie,, then a few guys cropped up( in car mags) claiming to have the original movie car


life got better though, ended up have a Dodge exactly like in Fast and the Furious ,'cept mine was a '69, not a '70

3 movies were made in the Mad Max series, I wasn't aware they had released no1 in the states as Mad Max..only heard that Mad Max2 was released as road warrior
the third being Mad Max 3, beyond Thunderdome(didn't really like that one)

I thought the MAD MAX car was called the Interceptor? eitherway you guys changed the subject here big time...:eek::eek:

sorry dude, didn't mean to offend..just wanted to make a breif point but more was added, i sort of figured that it wouldn't be so bad, I know you car got into a mag, really cool and cudo's to ya , but it's not exactly hot off the press any more..but my appologise ..it happens quiet a bit , you just want to make a quick point and more keeps being added, if you like i'll delete my posts ..just say the word!;)
