hi there from Toledo!

Try matneymodels.com
Kevin can cut cores or ribs and lots more. He is a great guy and a reputable supplier, avid pylon racer and long time member of the AMA and the Weak Signals R/C Club.

ciao rjf

If you are in the right part of the country, you can search for an ornamental construction foam. I had a 4’ fuselage cut with the sides about an inch thick. They even got the out of round fuselage sides to match the fiberglass nose and tail plugs. The wings are complex taper, different size root ribs and washout. They didn’t have a lot of time, since they are in business cutting decorative foam for builders and new construction. The manager said that it could be done, if I was willing to pay for several hours of programming + the foam. It is pound and a half foam.
I bought a Variac, made my own bows and cutting them myself.
Good luck!

I can vouch for what Ray stated on matneymodels.com as I've been happy with Kevin's cores for both pylon racers and turbine jets. Another source is: racores.com and they provided excellent foam cores and balsa sheeting for my sailplanes. I highly recommend them both.
