I’m getting back into my sailplanes and am going to need a winch.
does anyone know of a good set of plans to build one from?
I have a lathe, mill and welders, so fabrication won’t be too difficult.
would like to build a tried and trued design instead of throwing one together.

It would be fun to try and use a winch on gliders. I have done the bungie, hand throwing and electric. I hope you get one built..
