Default Keeping your CA "dry"

Does your CA go bad between builds or repairs? Mine does. Maybe I need to build more often. Or crash more often!

In searching several RC boards it was noted that silica gel in the bottom of a jar with the CA sealed inside will keep it "fresh". So I went out and bought some silica gel. Five pounds of silica gel! As silica gel is reuseable (you revive it in an oven) I have way more than I need. So if anyone wants a cup full, enough for a pint or quart canning jar and several bottles of CA, send me $2.

The fine grain silica gel I found is used for drying flowers and has the blue markers in it that turn red when the absorption capacity of the gel has been reached.

Default RE: Keeping your CA "dry"

I just keep mine in the fridge between uses. Have not had any issues yet?

Over what time period are you noticing that it goes bad?
