Hi
I got the answer from my friend and he recomended to use dual rates and start with about 1/4 inch on the elevator
and 1/2" on the ailerons...but he was not sure anymore since it has been a while since he set the plane up. Start with those settings on single rate and about 75 % more on your dual rates. Fly it and tham make ajustments.
