Default Kit recommendations for Texas winds??

I'm looking into building a 100" or bigger, 2-3 channel kit that will fly very well in windy north Texas conditions. I've looked into the Legionair, but was wondering what other kits were famous for battling the Texas winds. Can I see some pictures?

Thanks in advance,

Robert

P.S. If I posted something similar, I apologize, Received an error message when I tried to post a picture and it was too large.
