Hi there!
Is there anyone out there that have seen plans for R/C HLG (Hand Launch Glider) out on the net?
I have only one (the "Plouf") but I'd like to build another plane!
Q #2: Is there any free airfoil program that works with AutoCad?

I'd look at Art Hobby
They have some VERY affordable kits... Carbon boom, gel-coated fiberglass fuse, sheeted modern airfoils...
Strating at like $90 for a 1 meter...
My buddy and I bought th 1.5 Meter Hypers and what a great quality plane.... and lightweight.... Mine all up is only 12.7 oz.
Highly recoomend them...
Here's a quicklook page I made:

Try the "Davy" I'm sure a search here will bring it up. It's a free plan somewhere out there on the internet. Also you ould send away for the "Bug" plan which is available from RCM and seems to be especially popular for Side Arm Launch.
