Default Allegro Spar and joiner build

Does anyone have some construction pictures of the Allegro spar and joiner build? I'm not fully understanding marks instructions on how to build them. I'm sure someone has a step by step process in pictures they could share!

On my Allegro Lite, I didn't build the spar that way, I don't care to work with epoxy that much, and I don't fly aggressively.
My spar is an I-beam; Spruce caps with balsa filler, full width per Mark's.

of course I'm assuming you're building the allegro lite.
