Whats the best gyro?
I just finished odering a T REX 500 For my store display but for me to use when the weather breaks.Im new to helis,only playing with them for a few months.I already fly around with a Eflite MSR,120 SR and BSR PRETTY GOOD,So i think its time to step it up a notch or two.Now I own a Spektrum DX8,I LOVE IT.So I was trying to find out whats one of the best gyros that are out there?I hear futaba got one thats great.name 1 or a few great GYROS please.

the 780 from align is inexpensive and works perfect for my 600 trex... was my first option also as its affordable... but 401's are also nice for small helis like the 500's...

Ditto to the Futaba 520.
Of course the servo mated with any gyro makes a lot of difference as to how well it works. A gyro can give all the perfect commands it is capable of but if the servo is not up to the task of properly transfering these corrections on to the tail rotor then the performance will be limited by the servos limited capabilities.
