Default difference between tail and normal servo

What is the difference? I keep hearing people say that if you have all the same 4 servo then you should be fine, while some say the three cylic servo should be different from the tail? I am confused.

I am planning to buy all 4 of these exi servo. Three for the head and one for the tail. Will i be okay?

Thanks!

Difference between a cyclic servo and tail servo is torque and speed needed...cyclic servo's require more torque since they are moving the direction of the main blades whereas the tail servo is needing to be very quick to respond to the fast inputs put out by the gyro. So normally you will want to use a different tail servo then the ones used for the cyclic. Can you use the same for all, yes. But will you have a tail that is controllable? Won't know until you take the heli out for a test run.

Most non tail servos will be adaquate but not as good as a dedicated tail servo. As for uncontrollable, we used to use some pretty slow tail servos and the helis were controlable, we weren't flying them backwards at 100 mph like we are today though.
