Default E-sky Big Lama problems

Hi! I have some kind of a problem with my Big Lama, when i try to take off the helicopter goes starts swinging from side to side. I have a video of it on youtube.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdnhTQhV0ig

I don't have one of these, but your problem may be that one of the rotors (top or bottom) is not spinnig fast enough to over come the torque created by the other one. Check all the screws, etc. that have to do with the head assembly, rotors, etc., and see if you can find anything loose. Good Luck!

Found the problem! The rotor at the top was spinning to fast, so I had to adjust the gain on the 3in1 gyro..
