Greetings everyone! I've wanted to get into RC Flight for my entire life. I recently obtained a Blade CX Scout for my first heli. I've been having a blast flying it around the house. My questions are these for learning to fly.
1) Is there a good set of benchmarks to be able to accomplish - I'm thinking of a set of skills that I could set up a test (almost like a drivers test) and try to accomplish... (ie - landing on a CD Case etc...)
2) My brother and I (34 years old) like to compete and take turns flying - I'm wondering if there are any standard challenges or ways to set up race courses to do like time trials - I was thinking rings you'd have to fly through type stuff - but not sure that this is the wisest way to do it.
As you can see I'm basically looking for things to do in the air (other than annoy the pets on the ground) - don't get me wrong - I'm having a blast and as I gain confidence (and save up some $$$) I will be looking to take this up a notch to a bigger machine.
Thanks for the help
