Hello! I made an account here because I have a question... I bought an RC helicopter, which is a Protocol Predator with gyro, for like 29.99$, and it's not flying properly...
It does take off, it flies and is somewhat controllable, but it always starts to do circles in the air... it's not spinning on itself, I ajusted it and it stays straight, but it always starts to makes kind of circles, going from side, back to front etc... and it never stop doing that, it is very hard to control and I have to be careful because I always (ALWAYS) lose control of it and it starts hitting walls...
I searched a lot on search engines for a similar problem but I didn't find anything...
I must say that my friend have the exact same rc helicopter and it's flying like a champ, very accurate movement and great stability... I know I should take it back to the store but if I could find the problem instead and fix it, that would be awesome.... thank you
EDIT: I can make a little video also if you ask for it
EDIT #2:Also, the only ventilation in my bedroom is my gaming computer which have huge fan. At first, I tought that may be the problem, but I tried to fly it again with my computer turned off and I still had the same problem... I tried it in a room with no ventilation at all and still had the same issue....

From what I've read on here, never buy a Protocol helicopter. For $20, you can own a Syma S107G that is probably the best helicopter for the money in the world.

of course, I didn't know much about rc helicopter at the moment I bought this one.. I see now that the quality is not quite exceptional... but it is pretty frustrating to see my friend's helicopter which is the exact same model flying really well while mine is not stable at all... I'm not sure if I'm wiling to invest any more money in rc helicopter, eventho 20$ for the model you suggested is very abordable...
I would like to see first if I can receive answer for my question here before making any further purchase

I want to revive this thread because I seem to be having the same problem. I put up a video on YouTube so I'll put the link on here. https://youtu.be/wiVDaplaV6k
