Radio + Gyro Setup Question
Hi,
I'm in the process of setting up my Caliber 30 heli, with a Airtronics RD8000, Futaba GY401 &9253 Servo. How do I connect the servo and gyro? The airtronics manual says to plug the servo into Channel 5 of the reciever and the servo to Channel 4. The Futaba Gyro manual states to plug the Gyro into the rudder channel and then the servo into the gyro. The manuals conflict each other I want to be able to use the radio's dynamic gain.
How should I connect it?

RE: Radio + Gyro Setup Question
Rudder servo goes to the GYRO.
Gyro (Gy401) main lead goes to channel 4 of the RX (rudder Channel)
Gyro (gy401) sense lead (so it can be adjusted from TX) goes to channel 5 of Rx. (gyro Gain). The sense lead has only one wire going to the plug.
