RE: who makes the JR Radios
JR is Japan Radio. In the UK they are distributed by macgregor. They have a website at www.macgregor.co.uk. I don't know the address of the official JR site.

RE: who makes the JR Radios
They are good radios. If you are going to get a 9 channel i would get the 9c. Its a little easier to program than the 8103. If you have no spending limits get the 9z wc11. It has unlimited functions and will do pretty much everything basically anything you want (except cook dinner and whatnot) You will need to learn how to program this radio as it is quite complicated, but once you learn you will love it. The 10x is the top JR radio and also quite good. It is a whole lot easier to program and is touch screen. It has everything you need. The 9z can fly airplanes, helis, gliders etc. the 10x only has the helicopter program only or airplane only. Cant really go wrong either way JR or Futaba.
