jr g406t gyro settings?
Hi All,
did my first gas heli flight today, got into figure 8's, pirouettes and all that, but i noticed that the tail rotor looks to be searching for the right position (gyro?).
i have a jr x378 radio and was hoping that someone could advise as to why the tail is moving around like this.
it is most noticable when pirouette. I pull hard rudder and the heli starts to yaw, then stops, then starts again, then slows, then finally goes around at what seems like half speed.
it is the same for both directions.
is this something i need to change on my computer radio?
i only have two switches on the gyro, rev and tail lock. it is not in tail lock mode.
everything else is great!
but this is something i'd like to fix coz the stopping tends to tilt the heli so i need to be on my toes to compensate with aileron.
I look forward to some adviec..please..
Tim.

RE: jr g406t gyro settings?
well, that's interesting as when i did that the rudder servo creeps up to the end point and stays there....is this normal?
it doesnt appear to be.
that's why i reverted back to non heading lock...
any thoughts?
thanks,
Tim.
