Default Muffler keeps coming loose

I have just built my first heli (Robbe Ornith, with Magnum 46 XLS) and have been running the engine in with the heli tied to a workbench. Everything seem well trimmed and balanced, and working as expected, but the muffler keeps coming loose. I've tried locking washers and the blue threadlock, but it still comes loose. I even snapped one of the bolts by over-tightening it.

Any tips please.....

Hi,

Always tighten the bolts when the engine is hot & try using some heat resitant RTV (silicone sealant) around the bolts when you fit them. Hope this helps.

Use a longer bolt with double nuts and loctite (red) and let it set over night to dry. It wont come off then.
