Default Rudder trimming

I new in helis, I was flying for the first time this week, the helicopter is pretty estable but in general I have to made small touches in the rudder to keep the helicopter in a fix direction, sometines I have to keep the rudder stick with a very small but constant movement in the same direction, after I land and trim in this direction and the heli is more estable. I'm little confuse about the gyro, how the trim affect the gyro ? is it normal to trim the rudder ?

Thanks
Ed

Default RE: Rudder trimming

The helicopter is a voyager 50 and the gyro is PG2000 IIR VERSION 2 REMOTE GAIN PIEZO GYRO - HAWK SPORT, I didn't see anything about heading hold.
What is exactly the difference between the two types ?
