Remote glow extension ?
I have bought the Raptor remote glow extension but i have a few questions.
Where do you mount it and can the clip that mounts to the glowplug touch the cyl. Head ??? No matter how i put the clip on it hits the cyl. head.
Thanks.
Dave

RE: Remote glow extension ?
I am newbie, but may be I can help you on this.
It is no problem to have the clip touching the cylinder head.
On my raptor 30 V2, I mounted the 'false' glow plug head -- the one that will be connected to the glow plug starter -- on a hole on the frame above the mufler, because this is the only place I can found where I can plug my glow plug starter w/o removing the fuselage.
For grounding, I connected a wire from the 'false glow head' to one of the engine mounting bolt.
Grounding is important otherwise the glow adapter will not work.
