TG-8000 Gyro. Tail Rotate :(((
I buy and build Raptor 30V2 (sport kit). I use ThunderTiger TG-8000 Gyro (not Heading Hold) with Hitec high speed digital servo. Futaba 9C transmitter.
1. Sensitivity Gyro set to 75-100% (by knob)
2. No additional mix (for gyro) used on transmitter. Instruction not say about additional Mixes
3. On hover, if i don't touch Throttle stick - tail stay is NICE!
Problem:
If i use collective/throttle stick, then if add collective - tail rotate to right (counter clockwise on top view). And down - rotate to left.
Rotations not big, but learning difficult ((
Where i make mistake?
Thanks, Sergey. Sorry for English

RE: TG-8000 Gyro. Tail Rotate :(((
Hi Sergey,
Check for the following :
Here are the three things that will cause this symptom:
1. Gyro backwards
2. Belt backwards
3. Tail grips backwards
Detail information you can get from http://www.raptortechnique.com/troubleshooting.htm on the trouble shooting of " Helicopter spins extremely fast as soon as it gets light on the skids".
I did have the same problem you described when I tried to fly my heli on my first flight, then I found out that I did not center the tail rotor properly. I follow exactly what that link say about eliminating the problem, and it is fixed now.
Hope it will help you.

RE: TG-8000 Gyro. Tail Rotate :(((
I read this great site before first flight, but...
All instruction from Michael I read and make some additional setup changes. Gyro not have backwards, belt in right position, tail grips too right.
Tail boom is stable. From start hovering to landing, but if I use throtle stick - tail rotate (~15 degree) - a need rudder compensate this motion. This gyro no have Heading Hold System, may be I can use additional mix? Such as "Revo Curve Mix" ?
Gyro instruction dont says me about this
