RE: rx-batteries
FYI. The high capacity batteries that come with heli systems are worthless. I guarantee if you put that battery on cycler you won't get anywhere near the claimed capacity. If you replace the pack with even just a 1300 mAH sub C pack you'll get close to twice the flight time. I run a 2400 mAH 4 cell pack in my 30 size Hawk Sport, no problem.

RE: rx-batteries
My Hawk Sport came out tailheavy with the standard 600mah pack that came with the radio system.... I hate adding dead lead... so I put a 1800 mah AA NiMh pack in it, which brought it right into balance. The NiMh cells are just enough heavier than NiCd to do the trick.

RE: rx-batteries
I just put it up front, but instead of putting it on top of the tray, I put it on the bottom (I needed the room on top for my gyro).
