Default Dragonfly without lift

Hi,

I got a Dragonfly which I am struggling to fly. No matter what I do, it seem I can't generate much lift.

The only lift I managed to get it when I give it a slight forward pitch, and the heli just glides along the floor on the front of its skids.

Any idea what is wrong?

This may sound like a stupid question.. but if I give it a full trottle, without any cyclic or yaw adjustments, should I expect the heli to at least lift and crash? Now it only slides. If I counter it with cyclic and yaw.. it just sits there hobbering on the same spot.

Thanks,
Nic
